This website is informational only. It has no contact form, appointment form, user accounts or patient data entry; no names, contact details or health data are collected from visitors. Appointments are handled through the channels of Acıbadem Ataşehir Hospital, where the hospital's own privacy notice applies.

Technical data processed automatically. Each request to the site is recorded in server logs: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the response code, and browser and operating system information. This data is processed solely to keep the system secure, to diagnose faults and to prevent abuse; the legal basis is the legitimate interest provision in Article 5/2-(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698. Logs are kept no longer than needed for security review and are never used for marketing.

Transfers and third-party services. The hosting and content delivery infrastructure, the Google Fonts typefaces used on the pages and the Google Maps frame on the contact page can see a visitor's IP address in order to function. Beyond this, personal data is not transferred to third parties in Türkiye or abroad, is not sold, and no profiling is carried out.

Your rights. Under Article 11 of the Law you may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure where the conditions are met; request that such actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Privacy Policy

This site uses no visitor analytics tool (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar) and no advertising tags. No visitor profiles are built and no messages are sent to visitors.

The only data collected is the technical access log kept automatically by any web server; its scope and purpose are described in the personal data notice above.

The Google Fonts typefaces used on the pages are loaded from Google's servers, and the map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps. When this content loads, the visitor's IP address is sent to the provider concerned, and that provider's own privacy policy applies.

For security, the site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the administration interface is password-protected, and software updates are applied regularly.

Cookie Policy

This website sets no cookies of its own; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.

The visitor's language preference is kept in the browser's local storage (localStorage) rather than in a cookie. It stays in the visitor's own browser, is not sent to the server and is not shared with third parties.

When the Google Maps frame on the contact page loads, Google may set its own cookies. These are determined by Google and are outside this site's control; if you prefer not to load the map, the directions links on the page can be used instead.

The site infrastructure may set a technical security cookie to prevent abuse. If analytics or marketing cookies are added in future, the cookie categories, their purposes and explicit consent management will be defined in this section and the necessary consent mechanism will be put in place.
