How academic experience shapes clinical practice
Her faculty experience shows up in three concrete ways in everyday practice: regular review of current literature, justification of clinical decisions against guidelines, and the clear transfer of information. The aim is for an explanation given to a parent to be as plain, structured and evidence-based as one given to a student.
